FAQ
Do you collect samples from home?
Yes. Book a home collection by phone, WhatsApp or this website, and our trained staff will visit at the time you choose.
Do I need to fast before my blood test?
Some tests, such as fasting blood sugar and the lipid profile, need 10 to 12 hours of fasting. Water is fine. We will tell you when you book.
When will I get my report?
Most routine reports are ready the same day or the next day. We send them on WhatsApp and email, and you can collect a printed copy too.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
Not for most routine tests and health packages. If your doctor has given you a list of tests, just send us a photo of it.
Is home collection safe?
Yes. Our staff use a new, sealed needle and tubes for every patient and follow strict hygiene steps.
Can you explain my report?
Our team can explain what each value means. For treatment, please share the report with your doctor.
